HOW IT WORKS

🦊 1. I Arrive + Set Up (30 minutes before party time)

I show up about half an hour early with everything we need. I can use one of your tables or bring one of mine. I set up the whole creative buffet in the order guests will move through it:

• Cup choices laid out 
• Matching templates for each cup size
• Sticker stations organized by theme
• Any custom stickers displayed at the tables
• Lids & straws styled like a rainbow candy bar

It looks cute. It looks professional. It looks like people are about to have a good time.

🦊 2. Welcome + Quick Rundown

Once everyone arrives, I introduce myself and give a quick, fun walk through:
“Here’s how this works. Pick a cup. Grab its matching template. Anything that fits inside the template will fit on your cup. Jam-pack it or go minimal - just no stacking or overlapping.”
Templates = the exact size of the cup’s design area, so this saves lives.
If custom name stickers were ordered, I hand those out first so no one is panicking later.

🦊 3. Sticker Shopping (the dangerously fun part)

We head to the sticker spread in small groups so it doesn’t turn into Walmart on Black Friday. 

Guests:

• Use their template as a guide
• Pick out as many stickers as they want
• Build their layout like a little masterpiece

Meanwhile I’m hyping them up, throwing out ideas, and helping with theme combos because… I LIVE for this part.

🦊 4. Let’s Stick It (the “focus or ask for help” part)

I demo how epoxy stickers work:

• Peel the backing
• Place carefully
• Rub it like your life depends on it
• Peel the top layer
•  If it lifts incorrectly? Press it down, rub more, try again

We get one shot at each sticker, so I’m walking around helping with placement, spacing, and technique. I will say “PRESS HARDER” at least twice, it’s a rite of passage.

Rules are simple:

• No stacking or overlapping (they won’t hold up to washing)
• Don’t cut my stickers
• Stickers stay with the party — don’t pocket the extras

🦊 5. Finishing Touches: Lids & Straws

Once the art is done, everyone heads over to choose:

• Their lid style

• Their straw color

• A combo that matches their masterpiece

It’s shockingly satisfying.

🦊 6. Show It Off + Friendly Competition 

If the host wants, we vote for “Best Cup” at the end kids, adults, coworkers… everyone gets INTO IT. Photos may be taken. Bragging rights will definitely be earned. Prizes depend on the host or theme.

🦊 7. Cleanup + Pack Up

Sticker backings, little paper pieces? Everywhere. But don’t worry,  I clean it all up, pack everything, and leave your space as tidy as I found it.

Total party time: 45–60 minutes (not counting set-up). Perfect for kids, teams, birthdays, moms’ nights, corporate events I haven’t found an age group that didn’t foxing love it.
