My standard turnaround time for design + print is 5–7 business days.
After that, delivery or shipping times depend on where you are. If you need something faster, just ask — I’ll always be upfront about what’s possible.

Yep! I offer local pickup, local delivery, and shipping.
I try to make it as easy as possible for you to get your goodies.

Custom orders are a whole little journey — and I make it super simple.

1. You submit your idea or request.
2. I reply quickly (I never let more than 24 hours go by without responding).
3. I send you a quote based on what we discuss and agree on.
4. I design your piece, then we polish it together until it’s perfect.
5. You leave happy, excited, and usually calling me for your next project.

I treat every client like my first, last, and only, so the process is always personal and stress-free.

I accept pretty much anything — AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, PDF, even hand-drawn sketches on scratch paper. Truly. I love scribbled ideas.
Pinterest boards? Absolutely. As long as we’re communicating clearly, I can work with it. Although, the only thing I want in a Word doc is… actual words, not images. And yes — size matters. I can’t take a tiny thumbnail and magically turn it into billboard-quality artwork.
Big, clear images = the best results every time.

The only thing I won’t do is steal another artist’s work or use copyrighted material.
That’s why you won’t see any trademarked brands on my site — I protect your designs, my reputation, and other creators’ work.

Because everything I make is custom and made just for you, I can’t offer returns or redos once materials and labor are used.

BUT — and this part matters — I always get your approval on every custom item before I create it.
That means you get to check:

• names
• numbers
• dates
• spelling
• colors
• layout
• and any other details we’ve designed together

Once you give the green light, I move forward exactly as approved.

Important: Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences, and it’s the client’s responsibility to confirm that all information is correct before production.

If something still needs to be remade, I’ll absolutely work with you on the price. A happy client means way more to me than a few dollars — but accuracy starts with that approval step.

Same-day work is what giant factories do — not one creative fox — but I’ll always tell you honestly what I can do and how fast I can do it. Just ask, I’ll never leave you guessing.
